Helen: Do you really like it?
Alice: Yes, I do.
Helen: Let as go inside. I want to show you round the house. There are three rooms downstairs and four upstairs. This is our sitting room and that is the kitchen and the dining room.
Alice: I like your fireplace. The colour of the wall-paper is so nice. It is very comfortable here.
Helen: Let as go upstairs now. Here are our bedrooms and the bathroom.
Alice: You know, Mrs Brown, this is a really nice place to live.
